What counts as use?
A tracked topic is a buyer question or business theme you choose to monitor. The underlying provider checks are budgeted and shown inside Billing, while failed or canceled work follows the published ledger rules.
Billing and cancellation
Creem hosted Checkout starts the first subscription by default. Plan changes, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation use the secure Customer Portal. Refund requests go through support under the published Refund Policy.
Evidence, not guarantees
Every plan separates Opportunity Score from Evidence Confidence and reports recheck movement without claiming that an action caused a citation.

Are prices localized?
Prices shown here are monthly USD prices before applicable tax. Creem, our Merchant of Record, displays the final localized tax-inclusive amount before payment.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Current subscriptions are changed in the Customer Portal so Prefometry cannot accidentally create a second subscription.
What happens after a failed payment?
Past-due subscriptions receive a seven-day grace period. After grace ends, existing evidence stays readable while new paid work is paused.
Can I export or delete my data?
Owners can stream a point-in-time workspace export and schedule workspace deletion. Every member can separately schedule personal account deletion. Both use a seven-day recovery window.
