Refund Policy

A clear, customer-friendly policy for subscription charges while protecting provider capacity already consumed.

First subscription charge

You may request a refund of your first monthly subscription charge within 7 calendar days of payment when the workspace has used less than 20% of every included monthly meter. Use the secure Customer Portal to locate the subscription or invoice, then contact [email protected] with the workspace name and invoice number. We may ask for enough information to locate the charge, but never ask for a full card number.

This first-charge policy does not limit any mandatory consumer right that applies where you live.

Renewals, upgrades, and usage

Subscriptions can be canceled through the billing portal and remain available through the paid period unless the portal states otherwise. Renewal periods, upgrades, and requests outside the first-charge 7-day and under-20%-usage window are not normally prorated or refunded.

Duplicate charges, incorrect plan charges, or charges made after a confirmed cancellation will be investigated and refunded when verified. Provider usage, scans, and generated assets already consumed may be considered when reviewing discretionary requests.

Service failures and abuse

If a material service failure prevents use for an extended period, contact support so we can investigate and offer a credit or refund appropriate to the impact. Partial provider failures that are clearly shown as partial evidence do not automatically qualify as a full service failure.

Refunds are not available for quota circumvention, prohibited automation, unlawful use, or accounts terminated for material abuse. Chargebacks do not replace the support and refund process, except where your payment rights require otherwise.
