Terms of Service

You must be authorized to submit a site and may use the service only for lawful analysis of public information. Do not submit private network addresses, credentials, regulated secrets, or content you lack permission to process.

Automated abuse, resale of raw provider access, attempts to bypass quotas, and interference with providers or third-party sites are prohibited.

AI answers vary by provider, surface, locale, region, session, and time. Prefometry reports observed samples and confidence; it does not guarantee rankings, citations, revenue, or causality.

Action Packs are recommendations for human review. You remain responsible for publication, outreach, legal claims, and changes to your systems or content.

Paid access is granted only from verified billing events. Plan quotas reset at the applicable billing period. Failed payment may enter a limited grace period and then read-only mode.

You may cancel through the billing portal. Workspace deletion has a seven-day recovery period before stored tenant evidence and billing links are purged.

Personal account deletion is separate from workspace deletion. Shared evidence remains with the workspace, and a sole Owner must transfer ownership or schedule the workspace for deletion before removing their login identity.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Prefometry is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party provider changes or customer implementation decisions.
