Fair Use Policy

Your plan includes the projects, seats, scans, provider runs, Action Packs, and rechecks shown on the pricing and billing screens. A reservation is created before metered work and settled only for work actually performed; failed or canceled work is reversed where the usage ledger rules apply.

Normal interactive use, scheduled rechecks, Agency bulk scans within plan limits, and API or webhook traffic supported by your plan are allowed.

Do not bypass quotas, create duplicate workspaces to evade limits, resell raw provider access, scrape Prefometry, submit automated traffic outside documented interfaces, or deliberately generate repeated low-value provider work. Free scans are also subject to IP, device, domain, CAPTCHA, queue, and daily budget controls.

We may queue, rate-limit, or temporarily pause work when a provider is degraded, a workspace exceeds its entitlement, or continued processing would threaten shared reliability or the configured budget. Existing evidence remains available unless another account restriction applies.

Where practical, we will explain the affected limit and provide a path to reduce usage or choose an appropriate plan. Serious security abuse, unlawful activity, credential sharing, or repeated circumvention may be suspended immediately.

Contact support if legitimate campaigns require unusual volume. Any approved temporary limit, price, or concurrency change must be recorded for the workspace and does not change the evidence or uncertainty standards.
